Maddie

Maddie is originally from Durango, Colorado, and moved to Virginia in the summer of 2020 to pursue her passions and get her career started. She signed her paperwork at Threshold hours after driving 30 hours across the country and hasn’t looked back since. The opportunity and growth potential that Threshold offered were exactly what Maddie was looking for. Now with the expansion team, she is looking forward to seeing how this business really starts from the ground up! With the Threshold crew, Maddie is going to be able to grow quickly and is excited to form her own team. On the weekends Maddie enjoys paddle boarding, traveling, and walking around town with her tiny dog, Missy.
